For the time being,check your local borders before they are closed,I found a lava pod there today for $8.99,it was a bit odd to see a joe vehicle there but I figured I would pass on the find.

yeah I did a double take and the funny thing is they never stocked gijoe while they were open,now that they are closing they have a cancelled line of vehicles?odd.

They also have Transformers RTS figures (deluxes/legends) and Power Core Combiners (5 packs).

Most random find indeed. With Borders closing I wasn't expecting to hear that you found a Joe item at Borders of all places. I might swing by local store just to snoop about.

I thought Borders was already closed out. I remember when Media Play had some good finds.

they closed a few stores early in the year but it seems it was not enough,now they are closing all of them,sucks,I always liked borders.

Same here. All I have are Barnes and Nobles now, and even then they seem to be closing on me.

i went to mine last week. comic trades were still only 40 percent off.....

You mean there are some Borders that are still open? I know the company outlasted my local store, but I thought the entire company closed down every store a couple months ago.

They had some really great comics there last time I checked, and I'm pretty sure they're still open in certain areas. I picked up four volumes of The Walking Dead, and a weird TPB about Norman Osborn. The odd thing was that most of the stuff that was worth buying had been picked up from the Graphic Novel section and was left somewhere else, so I roamed around the store on a comic treasure hunt.
