Sweet. I passed up the first quarter scale release and I'm regretting it so bad.

Is it going for a lot on the after market?

BlackMagnus 08-30-2011 11:15 AM

Joe, you can still buy them at TRU (I believe, they are still in their systems and can be store ordered to ship to your local one), here's the SKN to see if they are still available near you- 622899

I had no idea they were doing Gort too. I wonder how far into the 7" line they are going to replicate? I really don't wanna have collect both lines lol. Damn you NECA.

No idea. I haven't checked. The boxes are so huge that I figured shipping alone would increase the cost to the point where I wouldn't want to pay it. But who knows. The TRU where I saw them only stocked them once and never again.

I personally couldn't think of adding any new toy lines to my collection. My toy room has already had to be pared down once, and it's starting to get packed again (thanks Thundercats). I simply admire them from afar.

I know what you mean. My first love is Transformers but, my collection has expanded to my other likes, Predators, Batman and horror. I never thought it would explode like this, so most of my "play" money is reserved for TFs. If when I catch up on whats current that I want, I may snag a few from the other lines above. To think before TFs it was 1/18th scale die cast model cars (serious gear head) and all of them save one, Concept Camaro on my BB shelf, are boxed up lol. If I ever had the room to display everything...oye vay.

Back on topic though, these do look sick but, price and available shelf space will be deterring me. I quite happy with the 7" line.

I know several people that would love to get these for themselves...

they look great but too large for my collection
