I recenlty purchased a Big Daddy deluxe from Ebay, I know that the first ones they released where hard to find and that NECA re-released him later.

My question is, are there any distinguishing differences from the first release to the second re-release?

Neca usually just re-releases the same item in the same package. I don't think this is any different. Are you talking about the one with the three colours of lights for the eyes?
