She looks fierce. My GF says she looks too goodie goodie white bread to play Catwoman. Who is playing Bat Man? The Dark Knight was so good even with Maggie Gyllenhaal IDK how they are going to top it. The movie/role disturbed Heath Ledger ledger so much he needed meds to sleep.

Thanks for sharing once again James. Im not really feeling Anne Hathaway as a kick @ss kinda chick but I hope im wrong.

She'll probably make a pretty good Catwoman. I imagine this movie will exceed expectations as the first two did. People had great doubts about both the design and the choice of Heath Ledger playing Joker and look at what happened there. :)

I have complete faith in Christopher Nolan. I honestly would have never thought of Hathaway playing Selina but whatever. What do I know??? I didn't like the thought of Ledger as the Joker either and look how that turned out. Really looking forward to this movie.

That's very true. But at the same time it also seems like Directors do tend to get a little lazy on there last movie in the franchise. But that could be not true with Nolan. Guess we will just have to wait for the movie like you said.

I think they should have killed the franchise after Dark Knight because I don't see how they could top that.

In an interview I read. He said he wished he could have stopped it there. He hates trying to top himself. But he signed a contract for three movies so three movies he will make.

My GF is a big fan of his work and she just recently showed me Memento. Good stuff.

I'm also a fan of the Prestige, or as I like to call it; Wolverine vs Batman.

I think Charlize Theron would have been a good choice for Catwoman.

I personally feel Hathaway would have been an absolutely brilliant Harley, or Ivy. Or even Batgirl. I'm having a hard time seeing her as Selena, though.
However, I adore Hathaway as an actress. And I trust her abilities. I also trust Nolen. I thought Ledger was as miscast for Joker as Nickleson was (Or anyone else from the old rubbish franchise), but after Dark Knight, the man makes magic.

Why is there surprisingly little discussion of The Dark Knight Rises here? I mean it's probably only going to be the biggest DC movie of all time. It will top The Dark Knight, you can bank on that. I trust Nolan completely, and I don't think he would have even attempted it if he didn't think he could at least make a movie that was on the same level as The Dark Knight. Why no Tom Hardy as Bane discussion? That's what's really got my blood pumping. I can't wait to see if he breaks the bat or not.

Actually yes he would have. A contract is a contract lol. Whether he felt like he could or not. He was going to make a third one. But I do trust his movies, but I will still have to hold judgment till it comes out.

Will it be better than The Dark Knight? Maybe, maybe not. We'll just have to wait and see.
Is it going to be one of the greatest Batman movies, if not one of the greatest comicbook movies of all time? Yes.
Because Batman Begins and The Dark Knight are both amongst the best of the best. And this one is by the exact same team. So while it may not top Dark Knight, it's still going to be a damn good flick.
