Avngrs Movie Nick Fury Custom 3.75 By STJ

Nick Fury - The Avengers

I know this a custom that’s probably been done more than a few times. But I have never seen this jacket utilized and I think it looks cool so I thought id show it off.

I specifically bought an Endor Han Solo cheap off eBay to make this Nick Fury in a jacket. I hated the cloth jacket it came with.

I based the likeness of this figure on the 6 inch Nick Fury that is coming out as a Walmart Exclusive. But this is in my favourite 3.75 inch scale.

looks pretty nice!

Yeah, totally dig that jacket!

I display mine without, but then he's blatantly a joe. (with a super pencil-neck)

Great custom. Is that the head from the Nick Fury that was officially released, or the Sam Jackson head from the Stars Wars vintage figure?

Nice work stjuggernaut. He looks awesome. That coat is much better than the one he comes with.

stjuggernaut 09-09-2011 12:43 AM

thanks guys! dogfashiondisco that is the head, legs, waist, belt and hands of the TRU exclusive Iron Man 2 Nick Fury that came with that horrible cloth coat.

The rest is a Star Wars Han Solo figure with cut down coat and dremmelled off chest.

iLegends73 09-09-2011 01:56 AM

that looks way better then that cloth coat. i might need that han for my fantomex i been stuck on

stjuggernaut 09-09-2011 02:14 AM

thats a really good idea. you can get him really cheap off ebay. that would be prefect for fantomex... and alot of others really!

Oh man, I think I have a couple of those Han figures still on card in the attic. Might need to pop one open and use the coat... I'm sick of how awful the cloth coat is, and I have plenty of Joe pieces to cobble together a figure with all the necessary articulation.

good for you! dont take any of this cloth coat crap! ive had to buy 2 savage opresses from clone wars just so i can custom an armored savage without a cloth skirt. hate it!

you wont regret making a fury like that. looks so cool next to the other movie figs
