He's been found several times. I've seen quite a few in a major stores. Got mine at TRU a few weeks ago.

wikipedia checklist says that he comes packed with wave 5 but that is not true because here in hawaii we have not gotten wave 5 yet and I see him at pretty much every store.

I found one of him finally at Walmart yesterday. They also had one left of black panther and the hulk(green) so I picked those up as well.

I've been searching like crazy for red hulk. The only time I've seen him was about 1 month b4 i started buying these, I saw him at a comic shop for 15
