Mysterious Red Lady in the new 52

Ok, so if anyone read the last major storyline from DC before the reboot "Flashpoint" you might've noticed the red lady in the cloak...

...well it seems like she has made it post Flashpoint and into the new 52 as well, she can be seen in every #1 issue in the 52.
