Here's one you might want to look for, he's expensive now on amazon apparently (he was only $15 when he first came out). But I recall seeing him at Toys r Us a few months ago. :) My take on him though: His paint job is great, and he is definitely tall and menacing but I'm a whore for articulation and this figure...well...he doesn't have much... :/ I personally am much happier with my Destroyer from the Thor 3.75" line, he has some decent articulation but is slightly tinier than he should be. |
I seen 2 3.75 (more like 4 inch) Destroyers and all 3 Warriors Three at my local toyshow on Sunday. He wanted 15 a piece on all of them, which wasn't too shabby, but I had them all. I'd also paid closer to 20 a piece on amazon a while back so it invoked a sigh. Ebay even has them around that price now though I believe.

Crazy. This 6" Destroyer hasn't even hit our shores yet. But I was looking in to buying this from Amazon for $15 long time ago, but the seller wouldn't ship to Canada.
Though on a better note, we've just recently got a mix of waves 2 and 3. I picked up King Loki, silver Destroyer, Hogun, and Volstagg from my local Walmart but it seems like only select locations are getting it which makes it very tough to find. |
I picked up an all black one at TRU the other day.

why not just match a marvel universe thor with a 6inch marvel legends destroyer. scale works and he has articulation. just my opinion

Actually, if you're matching scale with MU, the light-up Destroyer is perfect- in the comics, it's roughly asgardian-sized.
It was originally made as Odin's armor to fight the Celestials! Works perfectly with the MU "Modern Thor" |
