Green Lantern Movie Question?

I wonder this and cant find an explanation. When Green Lantern was Fighting Paralax at the end of the film he was extremely large almost Planet size. Where were all the other Heroes? Superman, Flash, Wonder Woman..etc.. I know its a Green Lantern Film but when the world is in danger like that all the Heroes would join in to stop the threat. How could they explain them out?

Different universes. Unlike the Marvel movies, every Hero has their own universe where they are "Top Dog".

They had planned to make a JLA movie at one point with all the big guns after doing movies for each gun individually much like what Marvel is doing.

Too bad Superman sucked so bad.

Because the movie is called Green Lantern :]

A better question would be where were all the other lanterns?
GL has so many storylines that they could make several GL movies
like yellow lantern Sinestro(and hopefully his sinestro corp) in the 2nd movie
Star Sapphires in the 3rd movie
and all the other lanterns corps after that
