Toyark Experience October 2011 - Sky Striker!

News Post: Toyark Experience - September 2011 Winners, October Is Go!

First Place Prize for October 2011 - G.I. Joe Sky Striker

http://www.toyark.com/news/attach/1/...1317692716.jpg

September Winners:

First place goes to CLASSIFIED - who won a MISB Marvel Universe Sentinel.

Second place went to thechris who won a Transformers Reveal the Shield Wreck Gar.

Third Place went to omega145 who had the choice of grabbing a Transformers Reveal the Shield Warpath or G2 Prime, but declined to accept the toys.

These guys are not eligible for the prizes this month, and scores are calculated based on last 30 days of activity only, so everyone has a shot.

Good luck!

Congrats Guys! Good luck for everyone else for the halloween month! I better see some Horror toy prizes! :P. Also, are those Toyark banners or shirts or something? If so, awsome, if not, should make some for us to order!

That is a Toyark TShirt. They are online right now if you want one, it's where I got that.

Might I make a suggestion that instead of the top 3 folks winning in the future you simply convert their raw score into chances to win. In other words if the score was a 99 then they get 99 entries, a 3 = 3entries, etc.

It might cut down on some of the useless posting that goes on in order to keep the old score in the top 3.

Just a suggestion btw.

Congrats to the winners!

If that happens, I would be willing to donate to the prize lot from time to time if need be. From the looks of it, you guys are doing alright with prizes . Anyone would be thrilled to win this stuff. Kudos to the contest originators .
I do hope the contest will evolve to something a with little more criteria. For now, it is good to have a little excitement.

Does that mean that the second place prize was a used toy?

CLASSIFIED 10-04-2011 12:12 PM

I can't believe I won!

I had no idea I was even close to winning.

I already have a Sentinel, so I gave the one I just won away to another lucky Arker.

I'm happy just to be part of such a wonderful online community.

Thank you Toy Ark staff and good luck to everyone in the month of Shocktober.

Yes, I too would prefer a weighted lottery format to minimize stat-boosting posts across the board. This would seem to address most everybody's current issues.

Congrats to the September winners!

Congrats to the September winners!

I don't think a weighted lottery is the way to go...

Someone with just one post could get lucky and win.

Congrats to the winners, quite a nice haul there... Good luck to everyone for this month, that Skystriker is very, VERY tempting!
