If you could only have one.....

Toy/Collection piece what have you. What would it be? Anything in the whole world but it will be your only one.

Fortune 10-10-2011 11:36 PM

Would I have to get rid of all the rest of my collection for this item?

Do Boy 10-10-2011 11:37 PM

Yes you would. So choose wisely :)

Peteparker 10-11-2011 12:13 AM

Hmm. I guess it'd be the SDCC Sentinel. It was the first thing I got and probably would be the only thing if I were backed into a corner...

Do Boy 10-11-2011 12:14 AM

Remember It doesn't have to be something you already have. Just something you really want.

Fortune 10-11-2011 12:16 AM

Either the real Dragon Dagger used in the Power Rangers TV show, The Deloreon from Back to the Future, or the original Yoda puppet.

Tiberius 10-11-2011 12:17 AM

Mine would be BAF Giant Man. I adore Hank Pym, and having his power would be so cool. One day...one day..

Ah, sorry. I'd be the X-Force Archangel then. I can't wait to get one, hopefully through NYCC!

Do Boy 10-11-2011 12:19 AM

Man I'm going to have to go with my holy grail right now. My signed Green Ranger figure. I will never let that thing leave my sight!!

Excellent, now I know how to distract you to steal your Giant Man!

You know, I'm actually not doing much with him right now. If I decided to sell him. You will be the first to know! :)

I would be happy with a retail one, never came to Canada from what I know. We did get Sentinels though, easy pass seeing they are 59.99.

Primacron 10-11-2011 01:23 AM

Masterpiece Grimlock, the best version of my favourite character from my favourite toyline.

I hear ya... A fantastic figure, I'm glad I caved in and brought him.

But for me, I'd have to choose the Amazon Exclusive Unicron... I already own the Armada version so I know it's a fantastic figure, but the deco on the new version is just too good!

behindthemask 10-11-2011 01:56 AM

Wow... good question, and very tough, my entire collection consists mainly of marvel figures, 3.75''-16'' scale, to give it all away, a trade if you will. This thread to me would be based of the scenario that 1 collector has the dream item you want more then anything and in return you have to give them every toy you have. Well if I'm going to do this it's going to be for something epic, legend-wait-for-it-dairy. I'm talking like a life size statue of Iron Man or better yet a functional suit lol. I have always wanted an Ashley Wood 3a Bertie Bot the large size, with the 12'' bazaokka with 14'' missle lol pretty epic toy, stealth iron man from the series 1 ML line has always alluded me, but as rare as it is not worth trading my collection for. I guess the only thing(s) I would consider trading for would be like limited edition huge 1/1 scale props/busts/figure. Other then that everything else I really want I will get at some point, I'm not in a rush "to have it all" so for me the best thing is to stick to my list try to aquire the piece I need for a price I can justify and go from there.

Tommys Dragon Dagger! superb call! Id have to agree. Would be great it if could summon the dragon zord to crush your enemies, see them driven before you, and to hear the lamentations of their women!

miketime 10-11-2011 04:59 AM

I think some of you guys are thinking too small. I'd like am amazing piece of Jim Lee or Tod McFarlane art or the life size Han Solo in carbonite statue. Almost nothing is worth my entire collection for.

Now that sir, would be one hell of a piece to have!!!

CLASSIFIED 10-11-2011 06:09 AM

If I could have only one single toy, then I think I'd rather have none.

Do Boy 10-11-2011 06:14 AM

You gotta have ONE that you really want that you would be willing to give up everything for. Your holy Grail if you would.

CLASSIFIED 10-11-2011 06:15 AM

Log.

Its big.

Its heavy.

Its wood.

Its better than bad,

I'd want this Sideshow Creature From the Black Lagoon lifesize bust. So awesome. But if it could be absolutely anything in the world, no limits, it would probably be either the DeLorean for the '89 Batmobile for sure.

Yeah, no limits. As long as it's still considered among the many as a collectors piece/toy/ etc etc.
