Why Mattel continues to make these crappy 4" figures with limited articulation is beyond me. Maybe they're cheap enough to make so they make lots of money? Whatever. The DC license is being wasted in that scale.

Haloid1177 10-13-2011 03:51 PM

That Batman will probably be the only Young Justice figure I buy. Wait, I'll need Robin too. Dammit.

xhavoc86 10-13-2011 04:50 PM

Miss Martian and Martian Manhunter! Want :)

LXL_Guy 10-13-2011 09:56 PM

Why is Canary the only female? Needs more gals.

Do Boy 10-13-2011 10:05 PM

Man these 4" figures are soooo crappy. And that is putting it nicely

DogFashionDisco 10-13-2011 11:31 PM

I don't like the lack of articulation, but Ra's Al Ghul, Martian Manhunter, and Batman are descent looking for the line they were produced in. They are worth having, but only on a limited price range with no obligation to spend more than $6 each. Seriously, that is their worth. Now in reference to their style and artistic value I think that they are interesting and different, but if you wanted someone to pay for a line of figures, this is lacking in too many ways.

I wish they had some new 6inch info besides the Batman. I am dying for a miss martian and superboy with a T-shirt.

Specter 10-14-2011 02:16 AM

man that Batman's art design style is really nice.

stjuggernaut 10-14-2011 02:38 AM

its a shame they havent shown us any new 4 inch yj stuff. amazo, manhunter and megan are all sweet but i saw them weeks and weeks ago.

i was hoping to see Captain Marvel!

The DC 4" has been alot of fun to collect for my children as they like the size and are having a blast building up the Hall. Yeah $10 a pop is steep but I see alot of sales and since "collectors" don't care for these they are readily available so can be purchased nice and slow like 1 every couple of weeks.

As a longtime collector I like stuff like this that's off the collector and/or scalper radar. Kinda like the DCUC Target exclusive Brimstone series. DCUCs and DCSH before it get hidden, trashed, repacked, and scalped like crazy by nutsos with nothing better to do then wreck this hobby at retail with a healthy assist from lousy distribution and ebay flipping stock room boys.

Anyway, these are kids toys first and foremost with a cool Hall of Justice diorama CnC (that I'm sure alot of "collectors" are a bit sore they won't build up) and a line like this that engages kids with the DC Universe is just awesome.
