Your collection is vertical or diorama?

I find most collectors display their collection either vertically and laterally on a shelf or in a displaycase/curio/china cabinet type. Or you have small to large table where you have your figures interacting and reinacting scenes and comic covers, typically known as a diorama/stage set-up. I would say most collectors starting out have the odd shelf they use or workspace ie computer desk. From there the collection and display grows until multiple shelves are used and or bookshelves come into place, from there upgraded to more expensive glass door cases, locks, lights etc. Then there's the hardcore dio guys who buy buildings, streetlights etc, aside from action figures this is mainly seen in people who collect model trains, as small to large dioramas are created. This looks awesome IMO but takes a ton of time, $$ and patience, especially if you're trying to make it truely authentic.

Which way do you, have you and want to display your collection?

Myself I'm a bit of both, I have a large display case full along with tubs full of toys, but I also have a small/med scale dio set up of MU figures on top of my display case. eventually I would love to upgrade to 3-4 standup display cases and have 1 dedicated to IM, another to MU and the rest to ML and etc.

sadly mine is verticle. Just no space for Dios. I considering taking my TFs down for a small mu dio

Most of my MU are on a shelf right now. The ones that don't fit are in a tub. My entire DCUC is in a couple of tubs. All other toys are in tubs or bags. :(

A little bit of both but, I might need to rethink my strategy, quickly running out of room lol.

Man I have my shit every where lol. MOC stuff on the wall. MIB and some lose figures on shelves. And a small table area for my dio. As for all my other stuff. SW/TF/PR etc etc are all in the closet.

No dioramas for me - not enough space. The closest I've gotten is I have the ROTF Devastator track set all put together and the RPM/Track Stars Skids & Mudflap on the same folding table. But I may have to dismantle it to clear some floor space soon.

Hypothetical question: If I had a TF Bumblebee toy on display in car mode, would he be considered vertical or horizontal?
