The playoffs are just around the corner.

Who's your favorite team?

Discuss your favorite games of the 2008 season!

My favorite is the Raiders, but we are unfortunately in the midst of a rebuilding season (more like "era" at this point).

As for a viable playoff team, I'm looking at Tennessee.

I've been a Pats fan all my life. It's been pretty exciting game, with now 2 players being ejected for unsportsman like conduct.

Matt Cassel is doing a good job for the Pats. I wasn't expecting much, but he has progressed nicely

The Raiders actually pulled it off, and with points to spare! That's gotta embarrass Denver fans.

Today was a HUGE day for me. I'm a Jets fan(And the Jets fans have long suffered) and I was so f'n happy they beat the Titans. No one thought they could do it but I had hope. And they really handed a beating to the Titans. Everything is coming together for them and Bret Favre is doing a great job in leading the team. It would be pretty awesome if there was a Jet/Giant Superbowl.

Titans rebound with a 47-10 ass whippin' over the Lions!

Apparently, that beating they got from the Jets last week didn't sit too well with them. Although, by the end of the 3rd quarter, it seemed like the Titans were purposely trying not to run up the score any further. There were a couple of times they could have gone for the 1st down and continued the drive, but settled for field goals.

Dallas smashed the Seahawks 34-9!

I thought there was only 2 NFL games on today, but there's a third game on now!

I just don't get that. It's fine for blackout games and whatnot, but when there's only one game on in the evening and the NFL is trying to catch the prime time crowd on Thursdays? Why put it on some package that not everyone has or can afford? I'm sure ABC would fall over themselves to get broadcast rights to NFL games back, even if only on Thursdays.

My TFW team is kicking ass. As is my Yahoo! team. That is all I care about! Witten had a great day today after some really bad outings lately.

Steelers beat the Cowboys 20-13!

49ers beat the Jets 24-14!

Giants lose to the Eagles 14-20, but clinched the division!

Titans are 12-1 & clinched the division!

Cardinals & Steelers clinched their divisions.

Dallas beat Giants 20-8!

Texans beat Titans 13-12! :eek:

Cardinals & Chargers win Wild Card Weekend!

Both games were exciting!

Ravens & Eagles win Wild Card weekend!

Next week:
Ravens @ Tennessee & Chargers @ Steelers
Cardinals @ Panthers & Eagles @ Giants

Missed the Sunday games but the Saturday games were awesome. Go Chargers!

I'll be interested in how the Chargers/Steelers and the Ravens/Titans games will turn out, though.

I think it would be hilarious if this year's Super Bowl is the Eagles (or Ravens) versus the Cardinals. We could call it the Bird Bath Bowl. :)

This is the year of the Bird Bowl, I'm telling you.

Flacco is also the first rookie QB to win 2 playoff games ever. I think a lot of people may have underestimated him, myself included.

Gotta love it the Cards Vs. Eagles in the NFC Championship...I'm glad that the Giants lost.....

As a Jets fan, I am also glad the Giants lost..lol
