How much is ML series 6 Deadpool worth?

I have 3 major Deadpool figures, I'm trying to add to my collection, the main 1 being the Marvel Legends series 6 figure that came with a ton of weapons, comic and doop. The other 2 are the regular and variant versions of the Marvel Legends 2pack with Warpath. I found a collector online who has a Series 6 DP figure for sale. He was asking $165 for it, because it was loose, we've been emailing eachother back and forth debating pricing, and like any of us here I'd like to get him for as cheap as possible, but I know he's rare and not going to insult this guy/ruin my chance of getting 1. The biggest factor is he's complete, comic, doop all weapons etc all there. I see the chinese seller on ebay selling him for $50 buy it now with no weapons, doop anything just the figure. He also sells it nr starting at $20. I figure shipping will be 10-20 range so I was gonna offer him $50 for the figure and $25 for shipping, seem fair? or whats the maximum I should spend on him, aside from shipping costs.

ps if a fellow arker(s) has a ML series 6 or ML 2pack Dp figure PM, would love to add it to my collection and might have items of interest to trade.

I'd wait it out dude...you know, christmas...girlfriend...PRESENTS...see the pattern?

flipwilson 11-03-2011 09:47 PM

It's worth how much ever you want to pay for it. I owned 3 back in the day. Got them all at retail for about 7-8 bucks each, and when I stopped collecting Legends when Hasbro took over, I sold them all for abour 100 bucks each. So, some people felt they were worth that much. Asking how much something is worth is sort of a subjective term. Some people won't pay over 50, some people will pay anything. It all depends on you and how much you want to own the figure.

Yeh.......... I wish it was that easy, gf doesnt have ebay acct, or paypal, plus the 3 dp figures I mentioned are no longer sold in stores, I've checked every 2nd/3rd party resellers locally and found notta. Plus like I said when I find him on ebay it just doesn't work out, either he's not complete and would cost me a ton to buy the missing stuff seperate, or I find him mib or loose but complete and end up in a bidding war. Damn thing may start at 99cents with nr, but ends up being $60-100 very fast.

Well, it is like what Mr. Wilson said, pay what you want to pay =3.

behindthemask 11-03-2011 10:01 PM

I know it's all subjective man, as the figure originally had a retail price of say under $20. now if you find him MOC ppl are willing to pay 1-200 for him on ebay. Now loose out of package but with all accessories I feel has a value of $40-75 range, but that's just me, I just wanted feedback from other ML/Marvel collectors what the maximum value you'd place on a loose version.

Tiberius 11-03-2011 10:03 PM

Oh, well mine would be 0. For you as a Deadpool collector, you may want to do it and keep it MOC. Hasbro has already released another one with Warpath, and who is to say they won't release another one. It is Hasbro, it will happen lol.

Fortune 11-03-2011 10:19 PM

I think loose you could probably grab him for 70-90. Sadly MOC hes nearly 200$

Exactly, well I emailed the seller back, they're lowest price was $100, and I'll see if they'll do $100 shipped, if so I'll gladly do it, sister is giving me $40 for xmas toys and gf has $2-250 range to spend on me, combine the 2 and got myself a free deadpool lol.

Ideally I'd like to have him MOC to enhance the value and to be a focal point of my collection, But like 95% of my collection is loose. If I bought him moc half of me would say open the other says leave it, So if I can get him loose and roughly half the going rate of a moc I'll gladly do it. I am aware of the ML 2packs that has Warpath, I mentioned it in my opening topic, how both versions are on my want list along with the original ML version, These figures are great slightly cheaper then the series 6 version, within the 50-100 range moc, but these were round $40 retail so not 2 bad. I'll have all 3 eventualy, as I have every MU version of him and xmo minus the deluxe version with the big gun. I also have the MS version and possibly going to pick up the Unmasked version. yay deadpool, will update this thread if my transaction goes through, in the meantime if anybody has the 2pack version or can find 1 at a retail store /comic shop let me know, thanks guys/gals.

iLegends73 11-03-2011 11:47 PM

deadpool is one of my fav character and figures. i was super lucky 2 get mine loose with everything for $30 from a local collector. i was going to say it was one on there loose without anything but u already mentioned that. im like this "if u got it and it wont hurt, then go for it"

Boba Fettuccini 11-03-2011 11:50 PM

I'd like a Legends Deadpool. Love the character. But no figure, IMO, is worth paying that much for. None.

roshan 11-03-2011 11:55 PM

I've sold about 6 of them and never for anything over $75. You'll find it below that price loose complete if you're patient.

I guess 100 isnt bad. Sometimes I really wonder if its worth having the 6 ML6 deadpools I have or if I should sell a few off.

if u dont make up your mind and they're MOC let me know in the future. might be able to work out something

Reaver Strike 11-04-2011 05:28 AM

I have Deadpool as well loose but complete. I wouldn't think of asking nearly $200 for it if I were to sell it. I wouldn't think anyone would be willing to do so considering its loose.

On the subject of Girlfriends and Christmas presents, I had my GF get mr a ML Juggernaught one year and that guy cost $100!

Hasbro put a Juggernaught out the next year for $10, and when MU started up after that and I stopped collecting ML figures all together.

That said, I'd wait if you aren't immiediately ready to pull the trigger. Deadpool is a pretty figure friendly character, and I'm sure they'll make another 6" version of him sooner than later.

miketime 11-04-2011 05:40 AM

I can't believe people are paying this much for Deadpool. The 2 packs with Warpath are prevolent at my TRU. They had more variants than normal ones. We have CD stores called Newberry Comics that carries all the Marvel Select stuff I bet they have one for 40. I'll take a look there and TRU. Please don't spend 100 on a loose DP.

These are the ones you want right? And the blue var Deadpool 2 pack as well?

I would almost sell my MOC one to a huge fan for $100. I have it hanging up with my 1st appearance Deadpool comic. DP may have to dance his way to someone else so I can make room for the baby. Though handing my possible boy a moc deadpool many years from now could be worth way more than $100. I mean emotionally. :P

D00MTR0N 11-04-2011 07:37 AM

I saw that ML deadpool going for $150 at a lcs.

Yeh man, this is the 1 I'm after, along with teh comic 2 pack versions of him in the red costume and 1 with him in the xmen costume ie blue and yellow, both came with warpath, they retailed around $39.99 any comic shops ppl spot this at grab it and pm me, as for the series 6 he's less likely to find at retail/comic shop as he hasn't been sold for years, but if someone does find 1 especially for a decent price, let me know, hell I'll trade like 20 ML figures for it.

If you need to get extra $$ for the baby, pm me in the future.

behindthemask 11-04-2011 09:52 AM

ps, I got the Marvel Select version xmo and MU versions, just need ML figures of him.

warmachine6 11-04-2011 12:14 PM

i got mine one for a £100 not bad in all fairness as seeing its a very rare figure and i bought when i saw it , you really need to wait until you have at least £100 or so dont forget the packaging as well , luckly mine was inculded with P&P so yh £100 is worht a deadpool and i thought it was a fair price considering it was in mint condition with 4 different comics basically the comic edition of the figure.
