Multiple Head for the Horde Troopers?
I was just wondering about this: Will the Horde Troopers also have multiple heads that come with them much like the Eternian Palace guards? Since Horde Troopers generally all look alike I would think not, but mabye at least Mattel could give them different facial expressions.
Any thoughts? |
Battle Damage.

That it would. I'm all for battle damage Horde Troopers. Let's just see if they even make them this year.

I'd like to see some fist shaped dents as if Thunder Punch He Man just Thunder Punched him.

Man between hordetroopers and if they make Skeletors robot knights i will serioiusly go broke ... but yes battle damage chest and heads would be awesome

An impaling spot for she-ra/he-man's sword would be nice too. It'd be perfectly hidden by the damage free chest plate and only accessible via a battle damaged one. Since they are robot troopers in a collector centric line it shouldn't be a problem. So maybe a couple different plates to come with it.
Like say a damage free back, front, and head. An impalement front and back, a damaged head, a cat clawed back, and a thunderpunched front. Then just mix and match the plates and heads as you see fit. |

I mean...technically its not an online collectors only line anymore as TRU is carrying the DCUC/MOTU 2-packs. And as theyve released even more of these recently its clear that actual kids are gonna get the chance to own these awesome figures aswell. |
A certain look to it? You mean like Skeletor's exposed skull? And in the 2002 cartoon it actually showed him being burned with acid.
On top of that, the 80's Horde Trooper figure BLEW APART when hit. That's alot more "graphic" than a tiny hole in the chest. If your opinion is that this sword and sorcery brand that's full of half naked men and women, demons and monsters, and plenty of violence may not be appropriate for kids, then fine. I just don't think a sword hole in a robot comes anywhere close to crossing a line, or is a departure from the style of the past. |
