Ultron would make a decent base for Stryfe, no?

Well here's hoping they fix all the QC issues the SW's have been plagued with. If so, this should be the best wave yet. Really digging the Ultron, Enchantress, and Hawkeye. Thor and Mr Fantastic are pretty cool as well but really disappointed in Piledriver as he is simply a repaint of Thunderball.

Is that the Daredevil body on Mr. Fantastic? I really wish they would give that mold a rest.

That Ultron Body would make a killer Doom 2099


So can't wait to get that one, and the hawkeye pack. Now if only I could find the spiderwoman pack locally.

Agreed. If anything, they should have used the slender body used on Black Spidey, Silver Surfer, Human Torch, etc.

I just changed heads with daredevil and human torch. so Mr. Fantastic could easily be placed on the FF4 costume of human torch and look way better.

Goddddd. That Ultron looks so spectacular. That and the City Strike Beachhead are my two number one buys for 2010. I can't wait!

Ok, I know they're using the stubby Daredevil body for Reed Richards but I guessing on the others and feel free to correct me.

Enchantress-Ms. Marvel/only female MU mold
Ultron- Iron Man?
Hawkeye- Silver Surfer/Johnny Storm
Piledriver- Thunderball
Thor-Wolverine or Punisher

I mean it's not like I'm not anticipating all of these but with MU some of the body styles are hits and some are misses with me.

Ultron is all new.
Hawkeye looks to be using Guardian buck.
PileDriver is using Thunderball
Thor is all new.

Plus you could put Mr Fantastic in some boiling water and pull him till he's all stretchy looking :D

That would actually be a really cool way to help clear off all those peg-warming Johnny Storms that are out now. And for those who are going to use an Ultron as custom fodder, they could pick up an extra Johnny (in the blue/white outfit) so Reed can match Johnny and Ben with that color scheme as well.

That'd solve my ben grimm problem nicely. I'll probably do that since I want an extra ultron to mix with Dr. Doom parts.

Well SW Thing will most likely have trunks. That's the version I prefer over the boots.

Really excited over this new wave but I REALLY wish they'd retire that DD base mold....sheesh.

Indeed. They could have fixed him by now by just adding 1/2 an abdominal muscle to the top of the ab section. Would have made him just a skoosh taller and very serviceable.

Is there a specific release date for these yet?

I like wave 2 better but still digging these. Loving the MU line.

He could work as Doom, Doom 2099, or Stryfe pretty easily.

He does seem to have any dooms arms and legs. Doom 2099's chest, and maybe SW beyonder armor doom's circuitry lines. The spike's on his shoulders are the only thing for a normal doom that'd need to go. But 2099 has those spikes =D.

All around, he's just pure win. Even slap that head on an Ironman body.

I still haven't picked up namor wave 5, any of sw wave 2. and now i'm like chomping at the bit for these figs. lol.

Oh. an just and Idea. If you put the Hawkeye head on the DD body you could have a super easy Batroc The Leaper Custom
