Marvel 2099 poll.

Arising from the marvel is going broke thread came the question of which of the 2099 series was the highest grossing and most liked, spiderman on paper brought in the most money but that is only a stat, who was your personal favorite of the 2099 run?

bmorr 11-30-2011 09:24 PM

you shouldve added the "havent a single one" option lol. All i know was punisher was good and so was spiderman

omega145 11-30-2011 09:24 PM

Is this really necessary for you to prove that Doom had the best 2099 title?

LXL_Guy 11-30-2011 09:44 PM

I definitely liked Doom, but Spiderman was the only one I was interested in enough to buy just about every issue.

Spidey was my favorite. I even have the MU figure of him.

KingLouie731 12-09-2011 05:41 PM

I never found this until today. My single favorite character was Spider-man 2099 as the 1st issue was one of the first comics I purchased from one of my earliest trips to a comic shop. however X-men 2099 was my favorite & the only one I followed all the way to the end. Lastly the coolest story to me was Doom becomes president. It touched on every area of the various series & finally made the 2099 verse cohesive and yet it ended on such a downbeat, maybe that is when Joey Caliveri was asked to step down and a few of the major writers left. my 2 pennies and after the few ebay items, and deals here that leaves me broke :)

Yes Spider-Man was great. X-Men was as well...

Crazy Jetty 12-09-2011 06:59 PM

X-Men was the only one I read.
I miss Cerebra and Krys.
