So far each issue of Avenging Spider-Man has been bagged, my LCS says it's because of the digital copy that is provided with it. What's your thoughts on it? On another note looks like the first issue of Avengers VS X-Men maybe the same as well...

I really like the articulation, but the sculpt wasn't all that great.

I tore it open like it was xmas morning and threw it on he floor!!

...then my wife made me pick it up.. so I threw it in the garbage!!!!

....then she made me take it out of the garbage and put it in the recycle bin.

Nope. It's a ploy. One issue is enough, though one can honestly pass on Avenging Spidey.
