DC Direct Arkham City Robin Photo Review
1 Attachment(s)
Robin - Arkham City
Just a quick photo review I did this morning of the new Arkham City Robin, for those that might be interested in getting him. http://i613.photobucket.com/albums/t...s/ACRobin1.jpg http://i613.photobucket.com/albums/t...s/ACRobin2.jpg http://i613.photobucket.com/albums/t...s/ACRobin3.jpg His hood is removable IF you choose to do so. Its quite loose but then you realize that its actually glued at the back. I took mine off because I was curious how it would look, but I think I will leave the hood on. I may even glue it back so it fits abit better. He doesnt actually take his hood off in the game, but he does in the graphic novel. His hair looks to be more blonde than orange in the book though! http://i613.photobucket.com/albums/t...s/ACRobin5.jpg There is not much wrong with the articulation in my book other than his legs dont move outwards at the hip (but most DC Direct figures, if not all, dont anyway) and his head doesnt move up and down, only side to side. Overall its a brilliant figure and I cant wait until april to get Hush and Catwoman! Below is what to expect from the back of his head if you take the hood off. http://i613.photobucket.com/albums/t...s/ACRobin6.jpg http://i613.photobucket.com/albums/t...s/ACRobin4.jpg http://i613.photobucket.com/albums/t...s/ACRobin7.jpg |
I really like this Robin way better than the Mattel version. Mattel's looks too plasticy for my taste. This one has some nice textures throughout. Nice review! Thanx!

yeh this version is much better in my opinion too. but i am a stickler for the better detailed DC direct figures though.
glad you likd the little review. |
you happen to know which robin this is supposed to be?
also, mine didnt have te glue crap on the head. The hood just popped off. |
wow he looks great . I so want to add him to my collection , lets see if i find him at my LCS ..but not digging the orange hair ..

Did you not know DC Direct were making these too? They have better detail than the DCUC ones but the articulation isnt as good from what i can gather. |

If so, that answer is Tim Drake. |

|
