Shipping cost is whatever it costs to ship it to you, unless otherwise noted.
I'm only shipping to the US. The more you buy, the better the cost on shipping will be.

All items come with what they're shown with. If it's there in the picture, it comes with it. I'll try and make sure that I give all of the details on the objects defects (if any) so you're know what you're getting. If an item doesn't have a picture, I'm more than willing to get one for you.
