Jim Lee Cyclops body with webgear altered and leg straps removed. AIM Soldier hands. Comic pack Deadpool head. The katana strap came from a ROTS AT-RT driver's gun, and the sheath is a modder Storm Shadow sheath. Appearance based off the uniform Deadpool wears in Deadpool 17 and 18 during the Dark Reign stuff. I opted to leave it blue instead of navy/black for a more classic X Men feel.

Can't you just do a head swap now, file down or dremel the head and slap the Jean hair on him?

Huh, surprised this hasn't happened yet.

Edit: my bad Jason, I'm thinking of the one he did in the wolverine team up where he had the Phoenix costume and red wig...not the one from cable Deadpool series
