eBay listings that can't be searched for?
 

Anyone else ever have an issue with making an auction on eBay, and finding out that your item doesn't even show up when you try to search for it? I called their customer support and the person I spoke with said that it can take a couple hours before the item can been seen in search results, which really pissed me off because I made it a 24 hour listing. Can those people get anything right?

I listed my X-Force Archangel, and when I search the words "X-Force Archangel" my figure doesn't show up in the results.

nope but when i search for "marvel legends" it either comes to results of 10,000 figures etc... most of them arent marvel legends they are like superhero squad figures, or the really tiny models or marvel unvierse its like ebay crossed out legends and just look for something marvel and it really annoys me =_= why wont eBay get it right for once ? i shall never know.

Yeah, the Marvel Legends category is where most of the MU stuff ends up. They probably just don't want to make a new category.

you're right, that's effing weird. tried "x-force archangel marvel universe" and didn't see the one you linked in your other thread. does your ebay selling page say if there's a bunch of views and watchers? though those could just be forumites too.

Thanks for checking into it dude, I called and complained again and they said it could take up to 24 hours to index a listing, in which case no one would be able to search for the figure because it was only listed for 24 hours (wtf?). Anyway, I relisted it as a 3-day auction, and I'm going to ask for a credit to my account when it ends. Here is the link:

haha yeah that one is searchable. totally random ebay hiccup. that's a whole damn day.

I know, and on a 24 hour auction? That's just crazy. On the bright side though, I already got a bid!
