Hey Everyone, It's JOHNNY!! I stopped off at a Walmart the other day and they had the Giant Skrull and Cappy set so here is my MINI review.

They are both awsome figures. (See pics)

The Skrull has ratcheting joints on the hips, shoulders, knees, elbows, waist, and ankles. He also has articulation at the waist and head. Awsome sculpt for body and head.

The Bucky Captain is a Daredevil body, arms, and upper legs, and has new sculpted lower legs and head. He comes with the Sheild and a P08 (P38). The new head sculpt is good but the paint application is poor. You may want to consider re-painting this one.

I did not find the Yellow and Blue Goliath. This is the one I want the most!

How about anyone else? Getting these yet?

I paid 26.99, with tax 29.89.

A bit much but I was in a richer area of town. Maybe a little cheaper closer to home.

Found these today both sets, but Hank pym has red and blue paint apps with yellow belt. The whole endcap was like that. Not sure if it's a running change or if the blue/yellow will be the variant-chase

I hope the Yellow Blue is not a variant. I want that version the most!

i think the red/blue goliath is the standard from what ive seen which does kinda suck given the more appealing yellow/blue, also i think 26.97 is what they cost me which isnt bad considering its an almos already overpriced tiny ~$8 figure with a ~$20 figure

i thought that the Red/Blue was the variant. That is what all of the sites made it out to be anyway.

Wish Cap could have used a more proportionate body than the Union Jack/Daredevil/whathaveyou one, but I dig the fact that he actually has new parts. We NEEDED a new Cap and I glad we are getting one.

The Iron Man set looks cool too, the Ditko helmet ruled. How's the quality, are these good like the single carded figures, or is the quality suspect like on the Secret Wars 2 packs?

You're right, they should have used something other than the DD body. There is enough new parts that it makes it stand out on it's own.

The Giant Skrull is VERY HIGH QUALITY. Nice paint app and GREAT articulation. They "Click" when you bend the joints. As for the Captain, he is produce very well, he feels like the Invaders box set figures. Smooth. But the only thing that was a disapointment was the paint app for the face. It was a bit dark. I really want the red/blue version since there's no way I'll ever have the cash to buy the ML Giant Man.

I'll be keeping my eyes peeled for these. I need that Ironman and am indiscriminate as to which goliath I get.

I found these at a Wal Mart close to me. They were sitting below the single carded MU figures in the aisle. There were 4 Goliath and 4 Skrull sets, and all 4 Goliath sets were the Blue with Yellow trim version.

I would love to say "pics or its not true" but honestly I just like the false hope. I really would like to find this before I leave to Japan.

Well, it didn't occur to me to take pics in the Wal Mart, but here is the one I bought. Hope that restores your faith a bit.

I found mine at my local WM in NW Indiana

I found mine in Glenveiw, Illinois. They only had one left about 2 days ago.
