Didn't have a scarecrow in my Batman Collection...
SO I made the Sinestro Corps one more regular looking
Really liked the Arkham version as well
So I gave him a toxin claw
I added some fabric to make him look a bit more grimier.
I like the way it turned out

This turned out pretty well. I bought a loose Sinestro Corps Scarecrow for the same reason (to make a decent one for my Rogues Gallery) but I quickly realized that I didn't have the right colors to paint him. I started using glossy black and it didn't look right at all, so I washed him off and figured I'd try again some other time.
