Best Part of Namor
 

I am not reading the X books right now but I understand Namor is part or or was a part of the team. Out of everything he has done over the years I liked him best in that series he had in the nineties. Some of the books, if I remember corectly were really great. I liked the fact that it was found out that he acted the way he did because he was an amphibian and when he stayed away from one element over the other he would act erratically. And of course I loved him in the Avengers.

Totally agree- Byrne, in probabbly his last really great bit o writing, explained why Namor is sometime a dick and sometimes cool- a chemical imbalance occurs if he spends too much time in or out of the ocean.
Makes perfct sense and explains a LOT of his erratic behavior over the decades!

Works for me either way. Namor is a piiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiimp.

He needs a good mini about now. Would be nice to see him lead a crusade against Lemurians or someone.
