Hasbro at Toy Fair 2012 PR
|
Darn, was hoping they would release MU related news. Ah well let's see what they show us at the Toy fair.
|
Nothing really of interest for me. Though I'm sure they will display a ton of awesome TF Prime figures, and SW stuff.
I'm more interested in the playmates Turtles line this year anyway. |
No mention of MU or Legends?
Interested in this Bonka Zoinks thing, if not just for the best name ever. |

The kids are gonna love it. They'll buy ANYTHING.

Well I knew we are just days away from seeing pictures of the really cool stuff , but I read this anyway. I normally don't care about action toys and R/C stuff but the R/C SPEED CLIMBING SPIDER-MAN does sound interesting. If it works the way they say it does, I might buy it.
|
i just hope to see all those prototypes for the upcoming MU waves like hercules, puck, angel, and a lot of the stuff that were just grayscale 3d models like medusa. hopefully some rogue action in this too and maybe a better shot of prof x outside of his chair.

If a line was not mentioned in this PR does that mean for certain it will not be shown? Im still holding out for the possibility of a new Jurassic Park announcement after the pictures of the new dinosaur toy sculpts prototypes leaked.
|
Darn, especially after NYCC I was REALLY hoping for some MICRONAUTS news :( They got the license way back in 2007 / 2008...

Typical marketing stuff to push the middle man(retailers) into wanting to carry something they deem as untested, so we the fans can buy it and hasbro can profit off it. That's how they managed to get retailers overexcited for Prime figures even though they passed on the FE figures besides TRU. The entire award winning critically aclaimed series etc hype create some good retailer buzz for demand. Though that kind of backfired since then the retailers stopped ordering movie stuff instead opting for "the next big thing in transformers stuff" cause of those hype words. But hey! It means 40+ figures for generations so I'm happy. xD No clue on Jurassic Park. There just may not have been any demand from retailers there, or some other inside hiccups. |
