Are there M.A.S.K. knockoffs?

I was looking at some MASK auctions, and found some like this, are they legit or knockoffs? I've been thinking of picking up some MASK figs (never actually owned any) and restarting my DR collection. If I can get them new/sealed or MiB that's great.

I haven't heard of any being made. The box looks legit, although it seems it's international packaging.
