Street date for avengers figures
 

Does anyone know if Hasbro has set a hard date for release?

I thought it was Feb 22nd, but I could be wrong...

I had heard the 27th, but a lot of stores have been given the okay as early as the 5th.

I heard 27th. Stores around here must be sticking to it since I haven't found anything yet.

Week of the twenty seventh, I spoke to a hasbro rep I know. Picked these up too.

TRU's boxes were saying February 27th, but as mentioned above some of the stores have been selling them since the 5th. The TRU near me just put them out this past Wednesday.

So I would say no, there isn't a "hard" street date - more like a "suggested" street date.

yeah someone posted a pic of the box which said feb 27th. my tru put out about 2 boxes worth of the movie lineup about a week ago. still nothing at my target or walmart cept wally did have a few of the lighter vehicles out but in the clearance aisle strangely enough.

Every single TRU I've stopped at this week has had a full stock of every figure minus Hawkeye. 4 total stores. 2 different states. (Midwest)

I picked up the Hulk and the mech armor Iron Man suit. It is super cool and worth it imo.

I have a buddy who works @kmart and he opened the box of avengers and it didn't have hawkeye in it either so maybe it is a later wave/weird distro?

I'm assuming hawkeye will be just like skull and crossbones from cap line. We panicked when only acouple stores had them at first. Then they showed up in case 2.

hawkeye is in the next cases.

TRU up island had a small display of Avengers and all there was where Hawkeyes and Thors haha. So odd.

My local WM had Avenger figures out. I picked up comic series Hawkeye.

What about the 6 inch line. Waiting for those.

So, I saw a concept Captain America with Rocket Launcher today without the mask. Picked it up, because it looked good. There was only one other there. Is this a lightly packed figure or a variant? Was at the Walmart by Triangle Town Center in Raleigh. Bought only one, and have in car. Does anyone know anything about this?

Sorry everyone. Was in my office and figure was in the car. Like I said, there were two of these and I only bought one.

If anyone has an extra unmasked Cap to sell/trade, I'm interested. Check my BST.

On topic, I think this whole street date thing is just one more example of why they fail. Most stores didn't enforce it and put the stuff out early, but several stores near me apparently didn't notice it and still haven't put stuff out. Didn't seem like anyone actually put it out ON the 27th. Everyone was either early or late.

It's a variant that's shipping in about half of the cases.

Well, you can't really blame Hasbro for what the retailers do with the product. Maybe Hasbro should have had a hard street date (i.e. legally enforceable per NDA with retailers). And who knows? Maybe it was supposed to be a hard street date and Hasbro changed its mind.

Either way, the retailers put the products on the shelves/pegs regardless of what Hasbro, et. al, have to say about it.

If the maskless Captain America was 6-7 inches I would buy it but it's the 3.75 line...sad...

Does anyone know a street date for movie series black widow and hawkeye... the film is apon us next month but no work of their figures...??

I think half the cases is a little optomistic. Ive seen a lot of the rocket grenade cap, none maskless.
