Drax the Destroyer Marvel Legends 2012 Arnim Zola

While driving through a desert with his wife and daughter, Arthur Douglas car is attacked by a spaceship piloted by Thanos, who thinks the humans have seen him. His daughter, Heather, survives the crash and is adopted by Thanos father, Mentor, and raised on Titan. She later becomes Moondragon. Needing a champion to combat the threat from Thanos, Mentor and the Titan god Chronos capture Douglas spirit and place it in a powerful new body. He is rechristened "Drax the Destroyer," The super strong Titan lives for only one thing Destruction!

Decent figure BUT I wish he came with a removable knife from his right forearm instead of a molded-in one.

Bet he will be repainted/retooled as Absorbing Man.

A cool figure for sure but i agree the knife on his right forearm we could have done without.

Looks as though it's not sculpted on so perhaps you could cut it off.

In any case, it looks like a cool figure but I'd prefer classic Drax. The one who looked like a roided up Skrull.

Yeah it is sculpted on, the only part you could cut off is the handle. I actually just picked him up and i do really like him.

Yup it's sculpted on. I wish Hasbro could've just made an arm without it, since they made the knife unremovable.

Pretty solid figure, not flimsy like Buckap and Fantomex.

Hope they use this same mold for a current Luke cage

Love the figure, but where are the rest of the Guardians now?!

I'm iffy on the figure. I bought him for the Zola part.

He's a great toy, figure wise, but I don't love it. Possibly because I have no real connection with Drax as a character.

I do like the idea of repurposing him for Luke Cage or Absorbing man down the line though.

For now, mine is getting stripped of parts for various customs......
