Avengers Movie Custom Figures
 

I'm really glad excited and feel great about this set. This set is inspired with the official movie poster, I tried my best to simulate the mood & look. The 1st wave of the official movie figures are ok, but the paint job of Cap & Thor is quite dull. I have them repainted, detailed & modified a bit to match how does it looked in the movie, The Mark 7 though is quite small for my taste so I used the Mark VI for now with my customized RDJ head sculpt. The Hulk figure as previously posted came from the 2008 Hulk movie with a custom paint job & new head sculpt. Nick Fury is a full custom figure with a GI Joe Base body with Mace Windu head, the trench coat came from a DCU figure.

Hopefully I did justice with it, I can't wait to get my hands on the Hawkeye & Black Widow figures. Hopefully they will be released soon! Enjoy the photos! cheers!

Absolutely phenomenal. the set piece looks great. nick fursy is very cool. did you give captaim america a new laimt job? He looks cooler somehow. darker? And thor is great. did you sculpt that hair?

Thanks man! yup Captain America has a new paint job with a darker shade of blue, I removed his holster as well. Thor has a modified hair sculpt, I sanded half of the front part of his forehead, and sculpted the hair and make it longer.

Amazon would probably be able to help you out there. you can get some silicone rubber and resin on there?

Yeh that thor hair is perfect, i dont know why they didnt give him longer hair on the new figure, when thats one of the main things that different about him this time around as opposed to Thor, is the longer hair.

yeh cap looks much cooler and grittier.

Looks amazing! What exactly did you do to get rid of of Captain America's ears on the helmet? Did you just paint over it or did you add some molding?

Thanks for noticing that Primus, I almost forgot about that! =P Yup I removed the original sculpted ears and added a new sculpt for the helmet.
