Well Luke cage wears a white tank top alot more than he does black in the comics it seems like. The black tank is definitely on Thunderbolts though

Lately, they've actually given Luke the cool T-Bolts yellow shirt with the big bracer thingies- that needs to be his signature outfit- I'm tired of marvel having Luke run around like he's too poor to afford a costume!
