That's pretty cool, but I'm willing to bet that it costs a fortune.

Man! I remember they did this with toystory! Except you could do a lot more with it. It'd be way cooler if you could use different droids...oh well.

Actually, things like that in the Disney Parks are surprisingly affordable. They already have a fairly inexpensive "Build Your Own Light Saber" area. I think the price came out to be like $30 to do so. That was a few years ago though.

If they made it an online thing, and the price is okay, I'd buy one or two- as long as the disney crap parts are not obligatory.
It would be a million times better if they lost the cutesy crap and expanded the parts to include non-astromech droids.

A four armed commando droid or expanded universe droids like H2 or the Old Replublic droids would be a huge draw.

I'm not sure it would - this is marketed towards casual fans and children. Everyone who has seen Star Wars loves R2, even if they don't like the movies. Few casual parkgoers are going to care about HK-47 or IG-88.

Yeah, but when I was a kid, I'd go for what looked cool. And I NEVER thought r2 looked cool.

I think a design a stormtrooper would've been cooler, and probably made more money.
