Need help identifying this toy
 

I picked this guy up at a flea market for a couple bucks this past weekend and on the bottom of his feet it said "1995 Toy Biz Marvel". I have been racking my brain to figure out who he is. At first I thought it was Azazel, but I'm pretty sure I'm wrong. Then I poked around on the net thinking he may have been from the Phoenix Saga series, but no luck. Does anyone know who he is? Even my toy collector friends can't seem to help. HALP!!! and thanks!

I will help you out.The guy in the image is Exodus.Initially, it resembled to the character HE-MAN, but I recognised it correctly and it is definitely Exodus.Cheers.
