Hey, i bought a berserk band ofthe hawkes guts, that had a bad arm that kept falling, i tried,glue/heat the usuals but couldnt fix it, i contacted GSC, they just asked for a photo of the defect and my adress and one month later it was at my house from japan!!

i share this because its awesome when a company has good buisness practices and ethics.

That's awesome. It's always nice to hear about a company being cool about replacing broken/messed up figures.

Meanwhile I've sent Funko a picture of my broken Tyrion figure 4 times and no response.

DC Collectibles has also been similarly unsympathetic to me in the past. They don't want to hear about breakages at all, it seems.

Sideshow Collectibles has some pretty awesome customer service. You have to send proof that you completely destroyed the original broken item if you want a replacement, but they typically don't have any problem sending one.
