			It's great to see another 80's property back on shelves. It's a shame they have to conform to today's "fashion" style of dolls. If they had retained at least a little of the style of the old dolls, they would be even more unique in today's market. Seems to me that would be an advantage.

			Obviously, it's not a literal comparison - these aren't nearly as stylized as Bratz or MyScene. But the new Rainbow Brite toys are taking cues from those lines by making the characters appear older and more fashionable. I guess the Color Kids will need to be renamed the Color Tweens. 
		
		
		
		
		
		
			I wish the design team would have taken more inspiration from Darby (of My Friends Tigger and Pooh) instead. (...You know, it's amazing the conversations that I find myself involved in after I became a father....)
