Get him. It's THE best Megatron figure to date. And you can very easily take those "wings" off by just sliding out one big pin. If you do that he looks 100% G1 toon accurate. The wings actually grew on me, so I usually keep them on. Gives him a little more menacing look I think.

Cool. Didn't know that about being able to take the wings off, but I honestly kind of like them too. I think I'm gonna pick him up. I wanted the Masterpiece Megatron but I've heard countless horror stories about how fragile he is. Plus, I like how chunky the UN09 is. His legs look just like the cartoon, unlike the Masterpiece version, which has those really thin legs.

Yep I agree. I had the UN-09 Megatron and decided to sell him after I picked up the MP Megatron. Bad move on my part and id like to get him eventually. Best Megatron out there.

In height yes, but he's as bulky as anyone. Extra height or bulk is what classifies a figure as an MU Bruiser, and I've been deemed the "MU Big Dude Affectionato" round these parts, so I should know.

beautiful shots, gealous of that backdrop everytime... I found this giant batman colorin book and it comes with this badass city vinyl decal, but not worth $8 just for a decal. I want to make a city backdrop that has pegs incorporated. or magents and either install small ones on the figures or use magnetic paint.
