Also redundant. He often generates a sphere of floating metal as shield, so he already has an "exterior metal armor" at the speed of thought. These recycled Fighting Armor molds are getting old too. They made a dozen characters with basically the same armor with minor differences in helmet/ accessories.

I actually kinda like this idea for a buffed up Magneto of sorts. Might be the first one of these things I'm actually tempted for.

Hope he's careful about what kind of metal he uses for his armor, hate for him to fuse himself together every time he uses his powers.

Maybe that's a plastic armor held together with zipties.

I remember DC Heroes all wearing armor in the JUSTICE story drawn by Alex Ross. Is this Marvel's ''answer'' to it or something ? I am a DC guy so my Marvel knowledge is not as good as my DC knowledge.

No just Iron man armor for non Iron Man characters.

Also Magneto covered in armor makes sense as if needed, his own suit can become a weapon.

Do remember though that Magneto's powers extend beyond controlling ferrous metals. He can control any metal even if it's non magnetics.

I believe Superman and Hulk wearing armor is more ridiculous than Magneto wearing armor because Superman and Hulk are more indestructible than anykind of material... So it is ridiculous for them to wear an armor made out of somekind of material for protection. lol
