Both times I've dealt with Shockwave he's been rude.

1st trade. I add a new bank to my paypal account.. there's an issue with payment and before I even know what's going on he's pissed and telling me to send his toys back and saying I'm new and he's going to tell everyone I cheated him.. I call a friend to gift me money so i make sure there's no further problems while I figure out what happened.. No further problems and Shockwave get's paid. I even left him good feedback.

Today I try to buy more figures from him. I want three of them and he gives me a price and says lots of people want these so first to pay gets them. So I tell him i don't want one of the figures to keep price down, but then i decided I do want it and i pay him for it. He tells me its sold and I say ok then i just want the other one.. he tells me he doesn't want to deal with me and he's going to refund my money.. that's the short story, with the longer story is an argument in which Shockwave insults me in every reply.
(and you can side with whoever you want on this. I think telling your customers whoever pays first is dumb because you run the risk of having more than one person sending you money at once... which is what happened)

It basically comes down to my experience with Shockwave is.. the guy is EDITED - Toyark Staff the worst trader/seller I've dealt with. He tells me he's never going to deal with me again, that's just fine with me. That's great that so many people have had good dealings with him.. but with as rude as he was to me I wouldn't want to deal with him again anyway.
The only decent thing he's done in our dealings is respond fast and refund my money quickly.
