It's weird then because they charge base msrp for stuff from DCC like the animated Batman figures but then regular NECA figures are at least $25 and for some reason some of them are pushed to $30 even though they'd all be $20 at retail. So like when the wave with the Dog Alien and Bishop came out my LCS wanted $25 for Bishop and then $30 for the Alien when they were both the same price at TRU or Hastings. Maybe it's because the LCS gets DCC stuff straight from DC or something but has to go through another vendor to get NECA stuff. Either way it doesn't bother me too much since barely anything from NECA is actually rare when it's new so I've never had to turn to the LCS for anything anyway.
I guess depends on where they get the NECA stuff. If they go through Diamond, it's potentially more expensive than a direct account, but allows them to order just what they want as opposed to buying bulk to get wholesale prices.
