Maybe it's because the LCS gets DCC stuff straight from DC or something but has to go through another vendor to get NECA stuff. Either way it doesn't bother me too much since barely anything from NECA is actually rare when it's new so I've never had to turn to the LCS for anything anyway.

I guess depends on where they get the NECA stuff. If they go through Diamond, it's potentially more expensive than a direct account, but allows them to order just what they want as opposed to buying bulk to get wholesale prices.
