space alien with flippers....

this dude is solid plastic, only his waist and arms twists, everything else is fixed.
He is 12cm tall, has red eyes, nose and mouth holes, 3 toed flipper style feet and a what appears to look like black hair around his neck.
The only markings he has is CHINA etched just below his waist joint.
