Feedback welcome.. I'd especially like advice about IP law, and whether 'art projects' are immune. (SPYMO is an art project)

I love the 'B-movie' sci-fi camp!! Really neat and reminiscent of the 70's!!! I keep chuckling at "Horselover Fat" (topical given the derby)...no intellectual property advice, but I think this is interesting and could go somewhere on kickstarter...
