Would I be foolish to hope for TNG Ultimates? Because I will anyway

I think I'm seeing Picard, a Borg, Worf, Data, Guinan and Wesley in bulky sweater.
Maybe Wesley will resemble the missed Galoob figure.
Just guessing, y'all.
Hopefully, we'll even get a second wave....

The characters are already listed in the press release as well as mention that a 2nd wave is coming

Ugh this crap. All I want in life is a decent line of 6" Star Trek figures. It's my only wish in life. I could die happy.

I've sworn off ReAction figures due to the absurd price point, but TNG? Let's see the figures first and we'll talk.

I'm impressed by the first wave line up of TNG Reaction figures. It includes Wesley Crusher AND Guinan, so that tells me they are ambitious enough to eventually do the entire main crew plus secondary characters too, unlike Funko's short lived TOS line where we never even got Chekov, Chapel, Rand, or other major villains. I just hope these figures are in the season 3+ uniforms and not the ugly season 1-2 collarless uniforms. Except for Wesley. Put him in that stupid rainbow striped/grey sweater.

Super7 does like everyone in Reaction. I just stopped by their store today in San Diego and they have sooooo many Reaction figures it's not even funny.

Not everyone. Both Funko AND Super 7 have done several Reaction lines that were just 2 or 3 figures or a single wave instead of the entire main cast from a movie/TV series (ie. Teen Wolf, Red Dawn, and They Live during the Super 7 era, and Funko's Goonies, Firefly, Buffy, Star Trek TOS, etc. etc.) But yeah with TNG they should EASILY be able to cover the entire crew and main supporting characters in 3-4 waves if it sells well enough. I'm just glad it's Super 7 doing this instead of Funko. Star Trek TNG was originally on the huge list of licenses Funko was going to tackle with Reaction, many of which never happened, but I bet if they had got around to doing TNG it would have ended up being just 2 waves of an incomplete crew just like their Star Trek TOS line.

Thanks. It would probably help if I actually read the article instead of just looking at the picture.
