I'd agree if ANY Black Series Vader with a cloth cape looked "natural". They don't. They always look horrible in my opinion. Though I'll admit it's not necessarily a problem with the cloth. It's a problem with the DESIGN, and it's especially evident on that Luke. They make the soft goods TOO BIG. Vader's cape lays across his shoulders, not billows out like Raven's cape on Teen Titans. And Luke's shirt looks like it's three sizes too big with a constant wind flow to billow it up like that.

So do I, though I think it's funny that she went through a costume change to something less Jakku desert-y at the end of The Force Awakens and then will be changing into a darker version of that same outfit(with some changes) by the end of The Last Jedi. But at least she lets her hair down. I can't imagine the three bun combo is very comfortable for her lol

EDIT: Also, am I the only one curious why they'd give Luke a lightsaber loop on his belt but no lightsaber?

How the hell did the Obi Wan fit in there?! His plastic lower garments are immobile! I can see that you seem to have removed them for this, but I can't see how that could be done without risking damaging the figure. Am I missing something?
