Bison does not have a Cape in Street Fighter 5 my friend. His SOTA figure was based on his Alpha appearance hence the cape.

Doesn't change a single thing about what I said. If you give him a cape, we will finally have a Bison action figure in this scale that beats SOTA's. I don't care what game this is based on.
