CrazyDevy have unveiled their latest custom add-on kit for vintage Generation 1 - massive additional leg tracks for Omega Supreme. Compared with the original, where the yellow clips reached to the knees, there seems to be a good extra inch of material between the tops of the clips and the knees - so it gives Omega a bit more height. In fact, CrazyDevy are boasting that the total height of Omega Supreme with these add-ons is 330mm. The parts are listed on CrazyDevy's own site at $29.95 and are expected to be released in August or September.

iGear have released an image of their PP04 on their Facebook page. PP04 will be an unofficial custom Bumblebee, presumably in scale with their PP05 Ratchet and Ironhide and Seeker customs. The image so far does not give much insight into the mold other than the fact it is coming - and we'd lay even money on there being a Cliffjumper variant in store as well, if not Bug Bite, Glyph and other variant versions.

The 2nd TFcon 2011 exclusive is Toxin!
When Lord Zarak needed someone to help copy the Headmaster and Transtector technology that Stronghold pioneered, he turned to Toxin. Toxin biggest claim to fame back on Cybertron was the mass cloning process of Reflector which bulked out Megatron's army during the early days of the war. He made 3 special clones for himself Edge, Shield and Bullet (Dubbed the NIGHT OPS SFX) as his hired goons to help get him needed "materials" for future experiments. All was going well for Toxin till he along with Lord Zarak got captured by the Autobots. His personal Transtector body was destroyed in the scuffle and now he hopes to break free and commandeer a new one. Produced by Head Robots, you can now give your headless G1 figures a much needed upgrade. This figure is limited to only 100 pieces and limited to one per attendee. TFcon features Canada's largest dealer room for Transformers merchandise, question and answer panels and autograph sessions with many special guests including Transformers writer Simon Furman and Transformers voice actors Garry Chalk and Paul Eiding; artists Joe Ng, Alex Milne and Matt Moylan, a costume and customs contest and fan discussion panels. TFcon - Canada's 10th Annual Transformers Collectors Convention is July 30th and 31st, 2011 at the Delta Meadowvale Resort and Conference Centre in Mississauga, Ontario with free parking. You can book your hotel room for TFcon 2011 via the hotel reservation website. |

We've got reports that a fourth assortment of Kabaya Transformers are in the works. 2005 Boards staff member Omegus Prime reports that in the works are Rodimus (based on the Masterpiece version), Inferno (based on Universe / Henkei) and Victory Leo. Given the trend in Kabaya kits to use three plastic colors for their releases, these will probably be made in red, black and white plastic, with extensive stickers for the rest of their colors and details.
Stay tuned for more news and images. |

IGN have posted some official images from Hasbro of the upcoming Transformers Prime Deluxe and Voyager Assortments. On show here are Terrorcon Cliffjumper and the Vehicon from Deluxe Wave 3, as well as Optimus Prime and Bulkhead from Voyager Wave 1. All are shining examples of Transformers design looking like they stepped out of the screen and into toy form - check out the images and decide for yourself!
(For those concerned the only Cliffjumper we are getting is the zombie, never fear - Hasbro confirmed a remolded version will be released in Deluxe Wave 2 at Botcon 2011). |

Hot on the heels of the reveal of their PP-04 unofficial custom Bumblebee yesterday, iGear have teased at the inevitable Cliffjumper version on their Facebook page:
IGear Toys : Cliffjumper will a new Car mode, let's guess if it will be a Porsche ![]() This implies that a Cliffjumper with a different vehicle shell is in the works, although it might just be iGear stating if they were to make Cliffjumper, that is what they would do. Given the tone of the message, it is more likely iGear are indeed doing Cliff as well as Bumble. |

A reminder to all you fine folks intending to attend Europe's largest Transformers convention, Auto Assembly 2011 - you have just three weeks to get your pre-registrations in. There will be door entry available, but you'll have to complete paperwork on the door which delays your entry - so why not save yourself the hassle and do it online in advance?
Be sure also to come along and meet the members of the UK Transformers community who are in attendance over the weekend including the human Transformers Wiki Chris McFeely, guests of honour David Wise, Gregg Berger and David Kaye, comics writer Simon Furman and artists Geoff Senior, Andy Wildman and a whole host of other guests. And at 4:30pm on Saturday be sure to come along to the TFW meetup and meet your fellow board members! We look forward to seeing you there. |

Ever wanted to own a piece of Transformers history? How does the thought of owning the original 1984 Transformers animated series bible grab you? This 75 page document is what was originally used by the show's producers and runs down the key characters and synopses of many of the episodes from the first third of the original 98 episode run.
It's up for auction on Comics Heritage Auctions - bidding is due to end on August 18 2011. Also check out the Comics Heritage Auctions article here for more information on the series bible. G.I. Joe fans - there's something for you too, with storyboards from the Revenge of Cobra miniseries. That one also finishes on August 18. |
