That's right folks, this is a monumental accomplishment! We boast over 1000 customs entries, which equates to an astounding 16,000+ images in our Customs Gallery. To say this is a big deal is actually understating things. The next largest Transformers Customs gallery belongs to the now defunct Transtopia, and they were only 1/3- yes one third -the size we now are!

A lot of hours and a lot of hard work have been invested into making our gallery what it is today. This gallery is a testament of our dedication to you and the rest of our community. This gallery is a wonderful resource that has seen many changes over its life-span. Easier to browse, visual overhauls, expanded features (who doesn't love the expanded descriptions located inside each entry's folder?) make this a real treat. Whether you're simply browsing to enjoy the art of customs, or looking for inspiration for your own projects, or referencing a particular mod or whatever the case may be, odds are pretty good that you'll find something for you in here.

As my final thought, I want to bring up the Fan Art gallery of ours, too. This gallery, unfortunately, has been neglected for the last few years, and as a result, it stagnated. Happily, Fan Art merged with Customs, now both together under the Radicons umbrella, and this is being addressed. We been working hard to dramatically overhaul this gallery, to not only bring it up-to-snuff, but also to give it the visual and feature enhancements the customs folks have been privy to for over a year now. We still have a bit of work to do, but I'm proud to say that we can see the light at the end of the tunnel! I hope to one day be able to have a celebration for that gallery's accomplishments in the future, too.

We'll be celebrating this monumental achievement over the days to come. For making us the largest Transformers customs resource on the 'net: Radicons, I salute you.

To read the whole article, which includes thoughts from the rest of the Radicons staff, or to discuss this topic, click the button below to head on over. Be sure to check the Radicons front page for updates, more celebrating in the days to come, and to check out what the artists in our community create each day.

The iGear product blog has been updated with images of the next iGear set, TF-007. This set is a display diorama base set, inspired by the Autobot HQ aboard The Ark in Transformers Generation 1! Central to the set is the iconic Autobot computer Teletraan-1, with a medical bay and the various side computers completing the look. 2005 Boards member S250 states that this display base will be sold in three sets - what you are seeing in the images here are unpainted prototypes of the fully assembled product, which as you can see is in scale with the Transformers Classics / 25th Anniversary Universe series.

Also be sure to check out the CGI renders of the companion piece to this set, a Decepticon HQ display base complete with their central console and a throne for Megatron to sit on.

Cinematical has put up five new exclusive images from Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen. These images show the stars of the movie - both human and robot (though the Transformers are only shown in their vehicle modes). Those who were skeptical that Jolt or Ratchet would have any major screentime due to their lack of on-set presence prior to now will be pleasantly surprised by their appearance alongside Ironhide and Sideswipe in one of the new images. Also shown in the other images are Shia LaBeouf with Bumblebee, Megan Fox and Tyrese Gibson.

The new song by Linkin Park titled "New Divide", created soley for Transformers Revenge of the Fallen is now online. You've heard the intro during the last trailer that came out for the movie, but now the full song is available to listen to.

Click here to listen to the new song.

The fans agree ... while it's not "The Touch" remake by Stan Bush, the song is still pretty epic. Give it a listen and join the discussion.

Also released by Perfect Effect today are three blurry teaser images of their next products. So far, all we have are these images - but from the images, it would appear that the next products they intend to tackle are missile pods for the Classics / Universe Classics 2.0 Transformers, an Autobot medical bed (to better recreate that traumatic moment from your childhood when Optimus Prime went to the big truck stop in the sky) and the last, most cryptic image of all appears to be some kind of handle for Fortress Maximus, similar by its shape and construction to the one that the original used to hold his giant sword (on the Japanese release). Perhaps this part will allow this additional function for the upcoming TAW-01 God Sword, or is it just the tip of the iceberg for another accessory entirely? As always watch this space and we will update you when more information becomes available.

Comics Continuum has posted a five page preview of the first issue of the Transformers Revenge of the Fallen Movie Adaptation. To say that this preview contains major spoilers is an understatement - be warned, if you read this preview, you will be spoiled on the first scene of the film, and you will be spoiled about the fate of one major character.

Check out the preview by clicking on the link above.

Also previewed is All Hail Megatron Issue #11. This issue promises to feature a battle to end all battles, with an awesome double page spread shot of Devastator in the preview!

Both comics are due out this Wednesday, May 20th.

TV Shows on DVD has put up more information and an image of the preliminary box design for the upcoming Transformers Generation 1 Matrix of Leadership DVD Box set. This set contains all four seasons of the original animated series - 98 episodes in total - in addition to such extras as printable scripts, Transformers PSAs, classic toy commercials, concept art and an exclusive 60 page book. Most exciting of all are the voice cast reunion special features, and two hours of special retrospectives and interviews with those most responsible for the phenomenal success of Transformers. And there is still more to come for this definitive 25th anniversary rerelease of the original Transformers cartoon series, according to Brian Ward of Shout! Factory!

A heads-up to all collectors of vintage Generation 1 Transformers - the sought-after Generation 1 Shockwave has become the latest Generation 1 toy to be bootlegged. Some of the bootlegs are easily identifiable by their purple gunbarrel sections. Others, however, feature a Generation 1 accurate gray gunbarrel, which unfortunately makes Shockwave near indistinguishable from the original. Please exercise caution when buying vintage Transformers, as these bootlegs are not subject to the same safety controls as a genuine product released by Hasbro or Takara-Tomy.
