There is a figure with a skeleton like head with a spine like tail coming out of the back of it & a patch of hair on it's chest & tentacles as legs. I had it as a kid but I can't find the name of it or where it's from, like what toy line!!!!

I don't recognize it, personally. But it looks like something MacFarlane would have sculpted and released in the spawn line.

Look the figure over for trademark stamps. That'll usually tell you the year the toy was released, and the company that produced it.
Every legal toy has such information molded into the sculpt somewhere. Usually on the back of a leg, or bottom of a foot. Somewhere not immidiately visable.

I don't have the toy anymore I just have the picture of it. I looked through a list of all the spawn action figures but I couldn't find it anywhere! Thanks for your reply.

I am 99% sure that it is McFarlane and almost sure that it is what his concept of the Blair Witch looked like.

I just googled it & it looked similar but it wasn't exactly it. Still hoping I can find the name of it.

How old are you? Telling us you had it "as a kid" isn't much help.

This is Phage who I believe is an Alien of some sort. The series is from the mid 90s and was called Venom - Along Came a Spider.
