Mark Waid Flash stories are gold: Return of Barry Allen, Terminal Velocity, Born to Run (Year One story), Dead Heat, Race Against Time, and I really enjoyed all of the team ups Flash had with Kyle Rayner.

Impulse and Max Mercury.
The original Young Justice.
The 90s rebranding of the Titans that introduced Argent.
Underworld Unleashed.
Zero Hour.
Tons of elseworlds I loved though I can't remember the particular story names right now.
Everything of the Kyle Raynor run up until he became Ion, then after that gets fuzzy.
DC One Million.

I can probably go on and on about great DC stories I enjoyed. Which is kind of funny since I tend to prefer Marvel characters. xD

I can only recommend what I have personally read and believe to be worth the read.

Batman by Scott Snyder (best of the new 52 IMO)
Aquaman (read the thread about it)
Green Lantern (Sinestro Rebirth)

The above three are must reads to me.

JL to me is just the blockbuster flagship title that is chock full of action. Its fun but nothing groundbreaking. Action comics is an interesting new take on the origin of Superman but not my favorite. Detective comics is not the best of the Batman titles but its fun. Red Hood Outlaws is good for Jason Todd...but I could care less about arsenal and firestar.

Deathstroke.

I read Detecive comics #1 and it was great, read #2, found it boring
Superman is just meh
Justice League will probably be one I pick up, just because.

There is to much for Green Lantern to read [GL, Corp, New Guardians, Red Lanterns, ect].

Also Captain Atom isn't to bad either.

But from your list I think I am going to get Aquaman next. =3.
