I didn't realize before that the mask is made to look like he just pulled it back and off his head. You can see how it bunches up around his neck. That's actually pretty cool. I wonder if it can indeed be pulled over his head.

No. Should be available at other retailers. HTS has them on pre-order if you are in the US.

Thanks Kluster Bombs! I'm from hawaii and I know the back road brawl 2 pack was a ToysRus exclusive, thats why i was wondering.
